Q. What days do you operate?

A. We are available every day of the year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Q. What is included in the cost of the tours/transfers?

A. The cost of a tour includes transport and guiding. The cost of transferring luggage, bikes and people includes transportation.

We will provide you with a quote once we have the final schedule approved by yourself.

Q. What is not included in the cost of the tours/transfers?

A. Entry fees to attractions meals or refreshments are at your own cost.

Q. Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

A. We do not permit smoking on board our vehicles, but regular stops are made.

Q. What do I need to bring on the tours?

A. There will be plenty of opportunity to stop for refreshments enroute. 

We suggest you bring a hat, sunscreen, a raincoat and warm clothing as New Zealand’s weather can be very changeable. It is not uncommon to experience 4 seasons in one day.
